I recently completed a very special project for Romaco Innojet: a photoshoot for their impressive IGT 600 machine. I would like to share with you what happened behind the camera.
For me, as a professional, a photograph is not just an image. It is the culmination of an idea, teamwork, and the art of capturing the essence of a product.
From Concept to Capture
My objective was clear: to show the world the power, precision, and technology of the IGT 600, beyond its technical specifications. I wanted each image to tell a story of innovation. To achieve this, I collaborated with the photographer Felix Romero, a longtime colleague with the necessary experience and skill to capture the beauty of this equipment.
Together, we planned the lighting, the angles, and the details that needed to be highlighted, from the ergonomics of its design to the precision of its components. It was not an easy task, but we had a passionate team ready for the challenge.
The Challenge of the Shoot
On the day of the session, the production area at Romaco became a true space for creativity. The IGT 600 was the star, and the Romaco team, along with the area staff, ensured that every detail was perfect.
The main challenge was that the machine is made, in large part, of stainless steel, which makes it extremely reflective—almost like a mirror. This made photography incredibly complicated. Therefore, the placement of the lights and the conditioning of the area became a fundamental challenge. Félix’s work was crucial in finding the perfect balance, capturing the light in such a way that the machine looked both powerful and elegant.
We spent a couple of hours adjusting small details, from the exact angle of the filters to the composition of the general shot. It was a true team effort where each member contributed their vision to get the perfect images.
The Final Result
After an intense day of production, the effort was worth it. The final photos not only capture the IGT 600, but they also convey Romaco Innojet’s commitment to quality and innovation.
I hope these images allow you to appreciate the machine with the same passion with which we created and captured it. Soon you will be able to see all the official photos on the company’s LinkedIn page or in the equipment section of their website.
Thank you to the entire Romaco team for the incredible collaboration on this project!
