Project Honda Boost Up Program — MotoVeiga Braga | Alberto Pereira

Following the production we completed at Servihonda Barcelona, Honda Motor Europe Iberia — once again through Training Coordinator Jordi Cano — trusted us with a second chapter of the Boost Up Program series. This time, we travelled to Braga, Portugal, to tell the story of Alberto Pereira, Workshop Manager at MotoVeiga.

Same program, same commitment to quality, new location and a new protagonist.

On location in Braga

MotoVeiga is one of Honda’s official dealerships in Portugal, and Alberto Pereira is the Workshop Manager selected to represent the country in the Boost Up Program. Like Alex Mingo in Barcelona, Alberto brings a profile built on technical precision, continuous training and a genuine passion for the work. And like Alex, his story deserved to be told from the place where he lives it every day.

The Braga shoot followed the same production structure as Barcelona: action sequences inside the workshop combined with a formal interview where Alberto speaks directly to camera in his own voice, no narration. The MotoVeiga team were fully involved from the start, collaborating on set as part of the scenes and managing the space so the production could work at the rhythm it needed.

Equipment and technical approach

The production was shot on a Canon R5 Mark II as the primary camera, maintaining the same visual standard established in the Barcelona episode. An Insta360 X5 was used for exterior shots, mounted on the motorcycle for first-person riding footage and on an extension stick to simulate drone movement around the dealership exterior.

Specialised lighting was used throughout the interior sequences to manage the mixed light conditions of a working workshop environment and maintain visual consistency across interview and action shots.

A series built on trust

Two productions, two countries, one program. What made both possible was the trust Jordi Cano placed in Aztec Dragon Studio to represent Honda’s values on screen. The Boost Up Program is about recognising the best professionals in Honda’s network, and our job was to make sure that recognition looked the way it deserved to.
